Quartz crucibles, especially those used for solar/photovoltaic and semiconductor single crystal pulling, represent one of the most advanced applications of high-purity quartz sand, and they have unique and stringent requirements for quartz sand. Our company produces high-purity quartz sand with a purity of 99.998% (4N8), and some products can achieve a purity of 99.999% (5N). The impurity element content is extremely low, with excellent transparency, good uniformity of particle size, and a low incidence of black spots and bubbles. Our high-purity quartz sand is currently widely used in the outer, middle, and inner layers of photovoltaic quartz crucibles (including standard and fine materials for the inner layer), as well as in the outer and middle layers of semiconductor quartz crucibles, and also for the cleaning of heat-preservation recycled sand.
