Quartz Ingots

Quartz ingot is a huge quartz glass blank made by melting high-purity quartz sand, which is the core intermediate material for manufacturing various high-end quartz products such as semiconductor quartz tubes, boats, flanges, photomask substrates, optical lenses, etc. Therefore, the requirements for high-purity quartz sand used to prepare quartz ingots are extremely strict, and their standards depend on the final use of the quartz ingots.. Our high-purity quartz sand has undergone chlorination purification process, with a purity of 4N8-5N grade. The alkali metal impurity content is less than 2ppm, the hydroxyl content is less than 1ppm, the particle size is uniform (75-150 μ m), and the aspect ratio is close to 1. It is melted at high temperature to form quartz glass without bubbles, flocs, color spots, and high resistance to crystallization.
