Job requirements:
(1) Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's production goals, technical goals, procurement goals, and corresponding strategies and strategies;
(2) Assist the general manager in improving the company's production and development plans, and provide constructive opinions;
(3) Assist the General Manager in carrying out comprehensive production and procurement plans, and supervise the implementation of the plans;
(4) Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy and annual business plan, organize the formulation and implementation of production strategic planning;
(5) Keep track of production status at all times, coordinate communication and cooperation among various departments, and promptly solve problems that arise during production;
(6) Lead the establishment and improvement of quality management systems, organize the implementation and supervision of the operation of the production quality system;
(7) Lead and manage the maintenance department of the factory to maintain the basic equipment of the factory, ensuring that the production site can operate normally and the equipment is in good condition;
(8) Comprehensively balance annual production tasks, and maintain horizontal communication with sales, finance, and other departments according to work procedures;
(9) Guide, supervise and inspect the work of subordinates, grasp the work situation and relevant data;
