Job responsibilities:
(1) Arrange production according to the production plan and complete the production targets of each shift on time;
(2) Responsible for the production and management of production workshop teams, providing skill training on production operation techniques, quality control, and safety production for team members;
(3) Check the work of the operators to ensure that they operate according to the process;
(4) Command, organize, and coordinate the safe and orderly production and operation of various processes and sections in the workshop;
(5) Responsible for production progress, production arrangement, personnel allocation, and able to manage various aspects of production site personnel, equipment, and materials;
(6) Familiar with process documents and operating procedures, establish and improve company production processes, develop production systems, conduct quality inspection and monitoring work, and complete relevant documents and records according to system requirements;
(7) Familiar with on-site 6S management;
(8) Complete weekly/monthly production reports;
(9) Other related matters required by superiors.
